Be fit for a Joyous Life

The human body is like a machine. We eat food to get energy.We Sleep, play,wash and do lots of activities to keep our body and mind clean.We must take physical exercises regularly.If possible
practice yoga,pranayamas,Morning jog,Hit a Gym &  multiple ways to keep yourself healthy.
Have timely meals. Don't eat raw and uncovered foods. Foods sold in eat-outs are covered with germs such as bacteria and virus.
Good Habits will keep your body and mind always in conditioned. Start developing habits which benefits you in the long run of your life. Read books,newspapers, drink fruit juice, eat green vegetables and fresh fruits. Try to stay happy.Meet people and give them a brisk smile.Daily Prayer and Meditation helps mind grow in healthy way. More things are wrought by prayer than the world dreams of ,says a poet.
We praise god but neglect his creations. Nature is just the manifestation of god and evolution is not just a biological or physical phenomenon. So we must value the presence of the divine even in mundane things.
Prayer gives us patience,calm, it balances the mind and all that is necessary for a healthy living.
Body and Mind are the two wheels of a chariot.Both have to be in tact and move together in perfect condition. The neglect of one leads to the maiming of the other. We have to be  cautious and should ensure both go hand in hand.
A Man becomes successful only when he takes care of both his body and mind.
