I could relate to it's not the depression rather frustration that normally hits one or the other employee at some point in the corporate world. We have to understand that everything can’t be achieved in a short span of time or some goals might be out of reach to us, it might take some time or the process to achieve it.   If you knew you were going to die tomorrow, what would you do today? I'll be shocked at the first place hearing that I'll be no more. No matter what, my mind will be bombarded with obsessive thoughts of death. I'll be more worried about tomorrow. I would go to the temple pray to God to save me. I'll try to seek medical help with the hope of a change. I may roam around to check all the possibilities left over for my survival. I would come back home, take time to confess my loved ones, ask them to forgive me for anything I have troubled them. I would love to be with family recalling all beautiful memories of my life with them, though my mind will be still wandering about my demise. I would reveal and hand over the money saved in all forms, all my financial account details with pin and passwords, all necessary and needed documents to my family. I use to write a personal diary on a day-to-day basis. I'll hand over it to my trusted one. That is more than enough to know

Still okay if you are not regular but don't quit..Recall your routines,try to be more aligned. It takes time and comes with practise.Without your knowledge you will start sticking to your plans and regular routines. Once you achieve the momentum,no one under the sun can stop you achieving things.. Till then keep struggling to streamline everything in your life.It is human tendency we drop things in the middle.. EXpress YOurself!!! It takes real guts to raise hand and say no in a crowd where everyone else is right in their perceptions !!Often people choose not to voice their opinion and go against the rest. Instead they want to be one among the majority. Though inner voice says it's wrong, it's quite common that everyone opt and get along with the mass. A Brave man is one who don't care about anything and just portrays what is right. He never mind going against the entire world.. We see only few people around us impersonate such a daring traits. How does they depict such a character inspite being one among all? It all comes from one's mind and thoughtfulness. When you are genuine to yourself, when your thought process is clear and when you are true to your consciousness courage bursts out automatically..
